MY OIL LIFESTYLE

I'm a wife and a mother who never realized how many toxins are in my home, on and around my family until recently. I'm definitely not perfect, but slowly doing all that I can to rid my home of these harmful toxins and switching out to natural products. I had never used oils until my best friend introduced peppermint oil to me first, and that's when I realized the oils actually worked. However, I still didn't purchase my own or use them in my home, even though I was all about giving my daughter only organic homemade baby food. My husband has always been stubborn about taking medicine, or even going to the doctor. So It wasn't until he decided that he wanted to give oils a try that I really started using them. Since then I've seen firsthand how essential oils can promote a healthy lifestyle.
